During the operation of the electrical equipment of small CNC lathe, it needs to bear the influence of many adverse factors such as environment and operation, resulting in or having many faults. Therefore, daily maintenance and overhaul is a very important and essential part in the production and operation. The normal use of small CNC lathes must meet the following conditions.
1. Environmental requirements: the position of the small CNC lathe shall be far away from the vibration source, and the direct sunlight and thermal radiation shall be avoided, and the influence of humidity and air flow shall be avoided. If there is a vibration source near the machine tool, anti vibration ditch shall be set around the machine tool. Otherwise, the machining accuracy and stability of the machine tool will be directly affected, and the electronic components will have poor contact and failure, which will affect the reliability of the machine tool.
2. Power requirements: generally, small-scale CNC lathes are installed in the machining workshop. Not only the environmental temperature changes greatly and the service conditions are poor, but also there are many electromechanical equipment, resulting in large fluctuations in the power grid. Therefore, the position where the CNC lathe is installed requires strict control of the power supply voltage. The power supply voltage fluctuation must be within the allowable range and remain relatively stable. Otherwise, the normal operation of the CNC system will be affected.
3. Temperature conditions: the ambient temperature of the small CNC lathe is lower than 30 ° C, and the relative temperature is less than 80%. Generally speaking, there is an exhaust fan or a cooling fan inside the numerical control electric cabinet to keep the working temperature of electronic components, especially the central processing unit, constant or the temperature difference changes very little. Excessive temperature and humidity will reduce the life of control system components and lead to more failures. With the increase of temperature and humidity, more dust will bond the integrated circuit board and cause short circuit.
4. Standard use: when using the machine tool, the user is not allowed to change the parameters set by the manufacturer in the control system at will. The setting of these parameters is directly related to the dynamic characteristics of each part of the machine tool. Only the clearance compensation parameter value can be adjusted according to the actual situation. The user shall not replace the accessories of the machine tool at will. For example, the hydraulic chuck beyond the specification shall be used. The manufacturer shall fully consider the matching of various link parameters when setting accessories. Blind replacement causes mismatching of parameters in various links, and even causes unexpected accidents. The pressure of hydraulic chuck, hydraulic tool rest, hydraulic tailstock and hydraulic cylinder shall be within the allowable stress range and shall not be increased arbitrarily.
